All bets placed on big805 are subject to acceptance at our discretion. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet at any time without providing a reason. Once a bet is confirmed and a bet reference number is issued, the bet is considered accepted and cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. In exceptional circumstances involving obvious errors, we reserve the right to void bets even after acceptance.
Sports betting markets are settled based on official results as announced by the relevant sports governing bodies. If an event is postponed, rescheduled, or cancelled, bets may be voided or carried forward to the rescheduled date depending on the specific sport and circumstances. Live in-play bets are settled based on the score and circumstances at the time the bet was placed. big805 reserves the right to suspend or terminate player accounts at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to violation of these Terms & Conditions, suspicion of fraudulent activity, or failure to complete verification procedures.
Players may close their accounts voluntarily at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining account balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, provided the player is not in violation of any terms and all identity verification requirements have been met.
If your account is terminated for violations, any outstanding balance may be forfeited at our discretion, particularly if the balance was obtained through fraudulent means or violation of bonus terms.
